Your business, answering on WhatsApp – day and night.

Pinty builds WhatsApp assistants for South African businesses. Customers chat the way they already do, and the assistant takes their order or booking, sends a payment link, and keeps them updated.

Who it's for

Restaurants and takeaways

Customers order from your menu on WhatsApp, pay by card, and get a message when their food is ready. Orders go straight to your kitchen screen.

Salons

Clients see open times and book a slot in a few taps, with reminders so fewer appointments are missed.

Clinics and practices

Patients book appointments and get answers to common questions, with anything sensitive passed to your staff.

How it works

  1. We set up the assistant with your menu or services, prices, hours and policies.
  2. Customers message your WhatsApp number. The assistant answers questions and takes orders or bookings using only your real prices and availability.
  3. Customers pay through a secure payment link. Your team sees the order and updates its status, and the customer is told on WhatsApp.
  4. Anything the assistant can't handle, like a complaint, goes to a real person on your team.

Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Pinty provides WhatsApp assistants on behalf of the businesses we work with ("our clients"). This policy explains what information is handled when you message one of those assistants, and how it is protected, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

How it is used

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who it is shared with

How long we keep it

Order and booking records are kept for as long as the business needs them for its records. Chat history used by the assistant is kept only for a short time to keep the conversation going.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving messages, by contacting us at the email above or by telling the assistant. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
